Vocational Rehabilitation is an important part of North Dakota's workforce equation. They serve employees with a variety of disabilities, not just those that are visible. Dusty's guests today are Voc Rehab counselors Chelsea Feil and Chelsy Sondrol and Business Services Specialist Lori Rodgers. They work with employers and over 2,000 North Dakotans to  support great job placements.

Everyone in the military has to leave at some point. For some it's an easy transition but for others it can be extremely difficult. On this episode we'll discuss how to navigate a successful transition from miltary to civillian life -- and jobs. All three of Dusty's guests have recently made this transition, and all of them work at Job Service helping others do the same thing.
