Paul Ryan is not running for reelection. Joe is no fan, but he understands why he’s departing congress- Paul Ryan can’t stand Donald Trump. He’s part of the DC establishment, and none of them wanted Trump. They would rather have dealt with Hillary for 4 years. It’s a good thing that Paul Ryan is retiring, and Joe isn’t afraid to say so. Good riddance. Ryan should step down from the Speaker’s chair now. Republicans will stand little chance of holding the house in November with a lame duck Speaker.
