We the people still get handed the bill when members of congress are caught behaving badly and settle with their accusers. Speaker Paul Ryan, and others, looked the other way until we found out what was going on.  Whether Marco Rubio likes it or not, the Republican tax reform bill - which doesn’t do much anyway - will pass by Christmas. The FCC voted to repeal “net neutrality” regulation which removes unhelpful bureaucracy.
