House Republicans pass budget bill, including largest spending increase in years, without even having a debate. Democrats love the bill, and both parties just grow government.  Repubs like to talk tough when a Democrat is in the White House. Bad Trump: Pres Trump is just as much to blame as Pal Ryan and Mitch McConnell for another spending bill that lacks any funds for the border wall. TIME magazine is clueless, just like the teenagers on their cover are about guns, gun control and the 2nd amendment. Maybe the Republican party has lost its soul.
