Scott is concerned only with getting re-elected. The mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh, is bussing thousands of school children to DC for an anti-gun rally, and the city of Baltimore is going to pay for it. With crime ridden streets and failing schools, she sees this as the best use of her city’s resources? California is violating federal law and the Constitution by acting aiding and abetting illegal aliens inside their state.
