   The Biden administration loves everything green and that love affair is making life miserable for  lots of people - especially those who are interested in building or buying a new home. And it’s going to get worse.

   The new Title IX regulations  are set to go into effect on August 1st. There are multiple lawsuits being filed to try to at least delay the insanity that will prevail in schools when they do.
