On a rainy day in the Fall of 1994 an entire family is almost completely wiped out in their apartment. Their 14 year old pregnant daughter saves her younger sister’s life as well as her own after being shot multiple times and playing dead. The community is outraged at the murders and the killer goes on the run. Police with the help of the FBI start a frantic one month search to find who did this and why.
