So the Jordan sisters are hopping onto the tiktok trend and sharing our version of a “dopamine menu” to inspire yours. If you are not familiar with the trend, it’s basically people on tiktok posting a slide of the elements in their life that spike their dopamine and make them feel happier.
As you may know… dopamine is a known as the feel-good hormone. When dopamine is released, it can make us feel good, improve attention, mood, memory, etc. We scroll through our phones because we are always getting quick hits of dopamine. However, creating your dopamine menu will allow you to acknowledge the craving for dopamine and switch your scrolling on your phone for one of the things you put on your menu!
1)Being near a body of water
2)Making a delicious meal with the fam
3)Exercise
4)Hot & cold therapy
5)Music
6)Abundance of nature
