We've reached Aloha #HDayFriday and Josh continues your sports discussion to get you ready for the weekend.
Josh reacts to the big news dropped earlier in the morning...that of the decision made by the City and County of Honolulu to at least for the time being, not allow fans to UH home games in the fall. So much work involved with the many risk and mitigation plans, not to mention the upgrades to get the Clarence TC Ching Athletic Complex ready for the home opener, it's "gut-wrenching."
Joining Josh today:
-Dan Meisenzahl, spokesperson for UH: gives us UH's reaction to the City and County decision regarding no fans at UH fall sporting events, when did UH receive the news, what options did UH present to the C&C as well as with this fluid situation being reevaluated constantly, is there a timeline to possibly have fans allowed at home venues this fall. Also discussed is an update on the T.C. Ching Athletic Complex.
