First of all, I love this book...
âThe Journey A Trilogy of Expectationsâ is a hidden gem. And since hidden gems like this are one of the reasons reading is such an adventurous and enjoyable pastime, I highly recommend this book. One-part memoir and another part legacy, this endearing book is the lifeâs work of a renowned, but humble teacher and healer. It is a celebration of forty-six years of service to students, parishioners, and the larger world. The pages unfold with a loving intricacy.
The book is brand new. The content timeless. Its cover hasnât been around long enough to be on anyoneâs best sellers list. Yet, the words are like ripples on an ancient pond resonating into the present. A native English speaker, the author learned over his lifetime to converse, connect, and build community in multiple languages. His acquired knowledge could fill volumes.
