My name is Elga Azofeifa, I am 38 years old, I have 3 children and I am a military spouse. I am a certified life coach, I have a masters degree in I/O Psychology and currently working on my second masters in Marriage and Family Counseling Specializing in Military Culture. but most importantly I have been through so many trials and tribulations in my life. I decided to do "Talk Time With Elga" so we could all have a place where we could be honest and transparent and speak on all types of topics that some people don't want to say out loud but they are really thinking it. 

I will be doing weekly topics about all different things from relationships, to being a military spouse, to mental wellness, and everything that we all struggle with as humans.  

This was created for everyone to come and listen to other people share their views and be open to know they are not alone, Have you been wondering how can I change? What do I want in life? Man, I just need someone to talk too? What is my passion? Am I the only one feeling this way? Come on this journey with us called "Life."
