Garrett Mintz, CEO and Founder of Ambition in Motion, wants to help employees become excited to go to work and to feel fulfilled by the work they do. Ambition in Motion focuses on facilitating mentor relationships between team members of an organization in order to increase engagement and satisfaction among employees.
