🤝🏼 I am always impressed by how the entire team of UNSW Founders keeps on nurturing and guiding such wonderful individuals and ideas.  

🚀 Ismat’s journey from being in research to becoming the co-founder of Synbiote is absolutely inspirational. It was also a great learning curve for him to understand the business side of things and understand the challenges while commercialising your idea.   

🧑‍🔬 While he was doing his research at the University level, he could still try out all parameters and permutations of his potential idea. On the other hand, there was very less time for him to try out once you his in the startup community. Otherwise, one of your competitors will grab the same idea before you.   

📜 He was exposed to new things after his research, which made him learn about financial statements and business laws. And that’s what I would describe as a great way for him to move out of his comfort zone.
