Episode Summary: The Journey of Balance (S3, E15)
In this episode, I return to the fundamentals—the core mechanics of life on Earth and how our energy actually works. I share that each of us has two natures: the intellectual part of me that analyzes, dissects, and searches for the “why,” and the feeling part of me that longs for belonging, unity, and connection.
I explore how the imbalance of either nature creates challenges within me. When my intellect tries to take over, I slip into proving, resisting, or disconnecting from my feelings. When my feeling nature overextends, I can run in circles without direction. The real power comes when both sides come together—a thought for every feeling, and a feeling for every thought.
I talk about how much of my struggle comes from the conditioning of my early years, and how most of my challenges start from within. I dig into common misconceptions about emotions and why bringing harmony to my two natures creates clarity, alignment, and a deeper sense of who I am beyond the illusions of separation.
