In this episode I am joined by Sihle Ngqawana who, in October 2019, experienced the death of her father. Sihle says that grieving for her father was (is) one of the most difficult things she has ever had to do, however through this journey Sihle has been able to find herself again and rediscover her father's love in her 'new' normal. By listening to this episode you will learn through Sihle's perspective that the journey of grief is just that, "a journey" - Something we just need to go through and accept for what it is.
