J.J. is a transgender man, Olympic athlete, and survivor of early childhood sexual abuse. J.J. holds nothing back as he opens up about self harm and tells his story as a trans man and the emotional roller coaster he felt throughout life.

Each episode features a different guest, usually from the LGBTQ+ community.  "The Journey of" episodes are about each guest sharing their unique background and story.  Guests cover their journey highlighting the struggles, upbringing, experiences and ultimate discovery of their sexuality.

"A Discussion with" episodes are discussions with various experts, influencers, academics and professionals.  Generally related to the LGBTQ+ experience of their scope of work.

We hope that anyone feeling lost or questioning themselves will get the chance to listen and identify with some of the guests, understanding that we are never alone.
