This phrase encapsulates the essence of our journey as athletes and as a team. We envision brightness, hope, and guidance when we think about light. But the truth is, the light we aspire to share takes time. It requires endurance, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges head-on.

Imagine a candle. It gives off a beautiful light that illuminates the darkness, yet it does so only by sacrificing itself, burning down with every flicker. In many ways, we are like that candle. To shine on the court and in life, we must be willing to endure the heat and the struggle that comes with pursuing excellence.
