self empowerment - making conscious decision about my life, working on my strengths and weaknesses, changed my career, changed my circle of friends, distanced myself from family members who did not support my journey, as a single mother I studied and worked full time, I achieved my fitness goals by myself without a personal trainer, I do strength training and yoga through you tube videos.

spirituality - very spiritual, I believe everyone is a soul before a human being with their extensions, I was born in Hindu family but I practice rituals, I believe all religions have something good to learn from but I follow my own beliefs that I need to be a good human being and be service to others before differentiating anyone by religion.

talents - I am a good cook, great mother, gardner (paint my terracotta pots with positive messages for plants), make my jewelleries earrings, share Facebook live for tips/ideas for real life issues - show called "lets get real"

goals - to be fully accredited professional coach, motival speaker and open a coaching school for people in Fiji were I was born.

accomplishments - mother, business management degree, experience in HR/accounts 15 years.

mental/physical health - I have overcome depression - lost someone very close to me during Covid. Overcame being overweight to good fitness lost 9 kg and started eating healthy. Overcoming anxiety disorder from childhood.
