Today we have our college friend Jeff Scott discuss his journey to self discovery. Combating the feelings of when “life doesn't go as planned '' Jeff shares how he came to the realization of changing his mind set on life. Being comfortable with not being able to control his situation but being able to control his reaction to it. With that in mind he educates us on his self care routine, regulating his intake on social media platforms and how he stays motivated through hardships.
