Meet my friend Tatyana Frost, who is a mental illness advocate and author of a bipolar self-help book, Inside My Mind, who is absolutely shattering bipolar stigmas! She is the creator of @havingbipolar on Instagram and has the stamina and incredible ability to share herself on this brilliant platform. Her recent interview with Women’s Health Magazine was one of the many moments where she showed her most strength and extensive power of resilience explaining her journey with this illness.
As I shared moments with her on the podcast, I felt her dedication to destroying the many stigmas of having bipolar disorder and how passionately she felt about advocating for herself since she was a child. As Tatyana stated, “ I have bipolar disorder. I am not bipolar. Because I live a very productive life and being labeled is just wrong!"
Thank you Tatyana for being on the podcast, and for your incredible transparency! It has been a honor to have met you and to have you share your story with the CFTH community. I am looking forward to many more conversations and collaborations in the future! You can follow Tatyana on Instagram @havingbipolar, and be sure to check out her book, Inside My Mind: A Bipolar Self-Help Journal, available on Amazon.
