Join me and Tammi on this episode as we just chat about how we met and Tammi's experience with me the past 12 years since doing my classes. Both of us were not interested in yoga back then either however it has changed our lives and it is now part of our daily/weekly practice. Tam joined me online too since march 2020 and it has been a wonderful experience for us both making changes to our lives since the pandemic arrived. I cannot thank Tammi enough for sharing so many memories with me on this adventure of teaching classes. From HIIT to now Yin Yoga, what a ride!
