In today's episode I speak on the topic of self-worth, how we show up for ourselves, how do we value ourselves, how do nurture ourselves and how do we talk to ourselves. Until the pandemic I had a shit opinion of myself and was constantly bullying myself and never making myself a priority and just pushing myself in gruelling ways and be constantly stressed and anxious. I used to base my worth on external achievements and how much I was doing others, neglecting my needs and having zero boundaries.
This past year particularly I have shifted in so many ways around how I treat myself and have taken responsibility to take gentle steps to make changes towards leading the life that lifts and excites me. I used to numb out my feelings and ignore when I needed to rest and recover, however I value all of my emotions now and allow myself to feel my feelings.
