Today's guest is the wonderful Zoe Whitehead a Light Worker, spiritual teacher & healer of light. She guides & supports Light Workers to raise their vibration and align to the cosmic, lunar & earth cycles. Zoe's awakening journey began 15 years ago as she became a mum, moving away from teaching and energy healing in schools after having a breakdown to now creating her entrepreneurial business that has developed from in person circles to evolving with her online business around light working and moon cycles, helping people to ignite their soul purpose.

Zoe grew up in the 70's, hugely empathic developing coping mechanisms like people pleasing and suppressing herself, having to grow up without emotional support from her teens however she had a very accepting connection to her psychic experiences as a child.
