Tylar Fry is a Northern Colorado Entrepreneur, husband, father, and great friend of mine.  Tylar joins us this week to share his story of leaving a secure job to start a curbing business.  Today he is the owner of Lit Lighting Solutions and Advanced Curb Design.  Tylar talks about his journey of the early days of business, including some of the mistakes he made and how he got his business off the ground; and gives some great advice for entrepreneurs including the power of marketing, the key in recruiting and retaining motivated team members, and dictating your business vision.  Tylar also shares some behind the scenes stories of working with his wife in business, and how they manage and balance their growing companies with family time and investment.
