Dr. Brad Reedy, author of The Journey of the Heroic Parent, joins us this week on Raising GenZ for a special conversation about raising troubled teens. His book has been a lifesaver for parents of teens struggling with mental illness, addiction, eating disorders and teenage angst. Reedy's process teaches parents how to find peace and security in their skills as a parent, even if they've made mistakes, or think they have failed.
