With the New Year we all will mark Anniversary's of Loss, Grief and Traumas that we have experienced in our lifetime.  Though years may have passed as the date approaches to mark an event, we start to feel and experience an awakening of past lost, trauma or grief.  Experiencing this is known as the Anniversary Effect.  This week I will share my personal experiences of my loss, grief and trauma and how I cope and identify the Anniversary Effect in my life.  Intern, I hope this will aid you in your time of going through the Anniversary Effect.
