I had the opportunity to site down with Ion Despoiu, Sr Director Information Technology at American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).  Ion is a visionary, who will be leading ASPS on a journey to becoming 100% Software as a Service enabled by 2023.  We spoke about how ASPS views technology, the drivers to go 100% SaaS, the challenges getting there, and the planning involved.  A must listen for anyone looking towards a cloud and ultimately a SaaS strategy.
