Welcome to the first episode of the Everyday Awesome Podcast! I am your host, Tricia G. Everyday Awesome, to me, means going after what you want, learning from others, and not letting adversity stop us - and that’s what we are going to do together with this podcast.

My various backgrounds as a teacher, therapist, endurance cyclist, coach, and nonprofit leader have exposed me to amazing people doing awesome things. I will bring in various guests from all walks of life who have knowledge and inspiration to share with you. Each guest will provide their own version of what I call the three I’s:  Interesting, Innovating, and Inspiring.

I have been driven by connecting, sharing knowledge and getting to know people throughout my life, and I’m excited to begin this podcast to embrace this passion of mine and bring it to you.. In this episode, I share bits and pieces about me, my career path, a wide range of passions, and the meaning of this podcast.
