In the corporate sales world, Jesse developed many sales teams and saw many awards and great team performances due to his leadership. He was best known for helping his team members advance to the next level in their career. 

Almost 5 years ago, Jesse partnered with Mike Larson in the hearing industry. Through their combined efforts, they grew their franchise form $476,00 to over $4,000,000 in 4 years. 

Now with their company, Inspired Motivated Leadership, they help small to medium businesses who are feeling stuck and stagnant increase their profitability by building stronger teams and a stronger sales process.
