In this episode, I dive into one of my favorite conversations which is talking about self-awareness and how to become more introspective. I reflect on a text I have been reading “What Happened To You: Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing” by Dr. Perry and Oprah Winfrey. Reviewing what happened to us is more important than asking what our problem is. I was able to reveal some of the things I am unlearning, wanting to change, and how the small action steps I take lead to growth. Most importantly, in this episode I give advice on what it would look like to practice being more intentional and self-aware in your own life.
