The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling published in 1894. This is a collection of short stories and not just the single, popular tale of Mowgli being sent out of the jungle to the man village. You will still hear familiar voices such as Baloo the bear, Bagheera the Jaguar, and Shere Khan the tiger and also be introduced to many new, wonderful characters. In this, part one, of Kaa's Hunting, we meet Baloo, learn of his unorthodox ways of teaching Mowgli the laws of the jungle and Mowgli is taken by the monkeys. Baloo and Bagheera set off to try and get Mowgli back but they need to enlist the help of an elusive jungle inhabitant and the only one the monkeys fear. Enjoy.
