The Junior Suite is the story of a nearly forty-year-old man drifting through friendships, aging, desire, guilt, and a relationship with a much younger woman he has already betrayed. After booking a luxury trip to the Philippines as a kind of apology, he continues to observe himself and others with the same restless mix of contempt, shame, and longing. It is a dry, intimate story about aging, infidelity, dissatisfaction, and the fragile comfort of trying to repair a life without really changing it.
