Thank you for tuning into The Just ME. Just BƎ. Daily Mission & Weekly Challenge! It can be a daily challenge to remember, how to just be yourself. Nothing more, nothing less! Remember! This shit is supposed to be fun! You can think of this as a lighthearted way to add some fun-lovin' playfulness to your own daily mission to practice your state of mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness helps us to notice our actions, thoughts and feelings, without getting lost in them, or identifying ourselves with them.~ "Permanent and continuous Self-awareness is known as Self-realization" -Sri Ramana Maharshi Being easily triggered by situation, circumstances or events, is an indication of a blockage, or misalignment within our energy system. By using the planetary energy already present in the days of the week we can open, heal, repair and give some attention to any blockage or misalignment within our chakra system, and free ourselves from…((The Loop of Unsatisfaction!)) Remember, every time a fear pops up and triggers a shift in our personality, that it's a cycle, or circuit, of energy we created that is simply returning home, to its Source. Our fears trigger aspects, or parts of our personality, that were originally created unconsciously in our childhood, to handle a traumatizing situation, circumstance, or event. As Humans, our body's built-in survival mechanism, or survival tools, created automatic actions, repetitive thoughts and emotional feelings, that as children, we were simply unaware of. Even though this was done for our protection during the time of the trauma, many of these automatic responses remain automatic, into our adulthood. A childhood fear of monsters may have manifested into a fear of burglars. A fear of strangers may have turned into social anxiety. The good news is, with the practice of mindfulness exercises, we can utilize our built-in tool kit and shift ourselves, from survivor to thriver! Mindfulness techniques help us to become consciously aware, and fear-less in the moment our unconscious, automatic impulse to shift, in the face of fear. "Change is enviable. Growth is optional." ~John Maxwell The choice is ours to make...Either way we're gonna learn, either through unconditionally loving ourselves and seeing yourself through the changes you must bring yourself through or through pushing away and avoiding the changes out of the fear of repeating it. I dare you to do something that you're afraid of, or makes you uncomfortable to do, and I double dog dare you to share it with us! Being just You, with all your heart, nothing more and nothing less, is what you're here to do. Sharing our strengths and our difficult and challenging moments with each other, lets us see the process of healing ourselves is possible. It lets us see it can be done and gives the rest of us, the courage and permission to do the same for ourselves~
