Six years ago, lawmakers set out to reduce the number of prisoners in Utah jails. And, they did.  But some now say that the decision has put your safety at risk.

Dave and Debbie review what went wrong with the plan.  For example, a sweeping audit shows that JRI has cut the prison population. In exchange, more criminals are on the streets and clogging the court system.  We ask Greg Skordas if he thinks the plan working.
