Rupert joined Smith & Williamson in 2017 and leads the family office services group. Prior to this, he was the Director of Family Office Services at Savills PLC. Rupert also spent seven years as the Director of Family Office Services at BNY Mellon. Formerly he has been a board member of a single FO, Global Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management at Euromoney, with other senior roles at UBS Global Asset Management and Merrill Lynch. Rupert gives strategic advice on family governance, family constitutions and councils, succession planning, setting up single family offices and next generation preparation.
