Description
In this podcast I look at Scott Walker’s whole career, looking at his desire to experiment from the his Walker Brothers b-sides and early solo records, remembering how he went from those amazing Brel-tinged Scott albums to the mid 70s covers records, before his sudden reinvention with the amazing Nite Flights tracks that first showed Bowie’s influence. I look at the late-period trilogy of Tilt, The Drift, and Bish Bosch, and suggest that his entire catalogue and not just his final decades is stranger, darker, but better than you can remember.
