Crabby and Rick return to Fort Burgoyne for Part 2, moving beyond the history and into KASE's paranormal investigation of its casemates, basements and underground corridors.
The team attempts spirit communication inside the unsettling Disney Room, where Laura encounters a cartoon bird she had apparently remote viewed before knowing the investigation location. Elsewhere, cat balls respond to questions, a RemPod remains continuously activated, unexplained footsteps and coughing are heard underground, and a laser grid is broken by something moving through an empty section of the fort.
The teams compare their strongest evidence, consider whether the activity could represent a sentry still carrying out its duty, and reveal what happened after Laura returned home. A week after the investigation, she and her sceptical husband both saw the same black shadow standing in their bedroom doorway.

On 27 September 2025, KASE entered Fort Burgoyne for what we believe was its first formal paranormal investigation.
Built above Dover Castle during Britain’s Victorian invasion panic, this enormous fortress spent around 145 years in military use before falling largely silent.
Fifteen investigators. Two teams. One night inside a fort designed to hold thousands.
For Rick, this was his first investigation with KASE. For Crabby, it was his first night back with the team after a year away. Fort Burgoyne did not give either of them a gentle introduction.
In Part 1, Rick and Crabby explore the fort’s military history before retracing Team A’s investigation through the ground-level casemates and tunnels.
A motion light activates with no visible trigger. A door opens behind Dan. Thuds and footsteps are heard inside an empty tunnel. Both teams report whistles from separate areas within minutes of each other. Then a laser grid is broken by something the team cannot immediately explain.
None of these events proves paranormal activity. KASE documented the environmental conditions, tested the equipment and considered natural explanations throughout the investigation.
This episode also introduces Questions for the Hosts. Rick and Crabby discuss why some locations appear to contain hundreds of spirits, how KASE tests equipment for false positives and whether Rick would rather face a ghost or a spider.
Part 2 is coming soon, with the investigation continuing into Fort Burgoyne’s deeper levels and the room nicknamed “Disney.”

In December 1980, American servicemen stationed near Rendlesham Forest reported strange lights descending into the trees beside two Cold War airbases.
What followed became Britain’s most famous UFO case.
