A long awaited podcast update about what's been going on. As the title indicates, this last three months have been the toughest time of my life. I've been going through an autoimmune flare-up for the last three months that has sent me on a deep healing journey.

Kat opens up about the chronic physical pain she's experiencing in her life and the extreme pain of a current multiple joint flare up that has her determined to heal the root cause of this autoimmune once and for all.
