The Kesar Malai was a rich and creamy curry, infused with saffron, cardamom, and a hint of sweetness from the malai (cream). The dish was garnished with fresh coriander leaves and sliced almonds, adding a touch of crunch and freshness. My first bite of the Kesar Malai was an explosion of flavors in my mouth.
