In part 1, Jen and our guest host Katie Roy were very honest about some of the hardest emotional hurdles they've faced with our kids - as well as how hard it can be to get help, because as a mom you feel like it all comes back on you. And those are some things they’ve faced even before we had a pandemic, and all the other craziness of the world! In part two we’ll talk about some of the more acute struggles our kids are facing, and how we can try to help our kids through this stuff and also hold onto our own sanity!
