The Club Kids culture was thriving in New York, following the death of Andy Warhol in 1987, and brought into existence with the help of Michael Alig from South Bend, Indiana. He was a talented club promoter that eventually found himself addicted to drugs and with the murdered body of one of his friends in his apartment bathtub.
