Adam talks to Lilli Greer whose mother Tina has been missing since 2012. Tina is suspected to have been killed by her bikie boyfriend. Lilli has persuaded the Queensland Coroner to hold an inquest into her mother's death and hopes to shine a light on systemic failures in dealing with family violence.
