A ripple effect of kindness is described as spreading outward, like a pebble in the water, to touch others lives and inspire more kindness.

Living in a world that is seen as having more division and less mercy; more hatred and less love; and more ugly versus more grace - it is time to re-shift and re-focus.

Ripples in the Mountains takes time to expose these ripples of kindness that are still going on in the world, even if they aren't as publicized. This podcast will include personal stories, accounts of mental health, and appreciation of the good that is still shining. Oh! And singing!!
