God forgives 10,000 talents — and forgiven people forgive.

This week, Tom continues our King and His Kingdom series in Matthew 18:21–35, where Jesus teaches what forgiveness actually is, and what reconciliation actually requires. Using the parable of the unforgiving servant, Tom shows how forgiveness is not pretending nothing happened — forgiveness is paying the debt yourself instead of making the other person pay. He also unpacks why reconciliation requires both ingredients: repentance + forgiveness… not one without the other. This message calls us out of pride, bitterness, tally-keeping, and “they owe me,” into the freedom and humility of the gospel — where God cancels our unpayable debt through Christ, and empowers us to extend that same mercy toward others.
