You will know Grant as the founder of Sydney cocktail bars Gin Lane, Blossom Bar and the newly launched Cartel. 

He is also the genius behind venues venues such as, Hilton, Hyatt regency, Ku-De-Ta, Potato Head, W Hotel, Zander, Zeta Bar, Zephyr, Powder Keg and list goes on...

We talk about Grants venues, his extensive experience, history and his impressive career in hospitality.
