The Jewish people were deceived by a king who pretended to be like them, but was really all about himself. But time and again in the Biblical narrative read of a god who humbles the proud and exalts the humble. But King Herod Agrippa I isn't the only leader or power that has deceived others. Throughout history there have been many leaders who've promoted themselves. In Revelation, John delivers a message of hope to the early church regarding the Babylon's of our world, reminding us that Jesus is the King of Kings.
