This episode discusses why people take their own lives. They don't necessarily want to die, they just want the pain to end. For me that wasn't the case. I needed the pain to know i was still alive and to keep going. I for the most part just didnt want to exist anylonger. I felt like i shouldn't be on this earth anymore.
