What is the “White Room” film?
The White Room film a 50 minute ambient road movie with footage of Drummond and Cauty setting off from Trancentral on a quest to find the White Room, driving through London and Spain, to a soundtrack of pop-trance. It has been shown in public only once.
After we’d played live a couple of times we thought, ‘F*** this, let’s make a 35mm film which we can show instead’. It should have been finished by now, but we recently decided to expand it and have it released as a full-length movie next year. It’s called ‘The White Room’ and it’s basically a road movie – there are lots of shots of the Spanish countryside and hardly any dialogue.
