There is so much conflicting and confusing information out there on the topic of knife fighting and knife defense.  For this reason I think most family protectors stay away from much time practicing to address knife threats. 

But can we change that?  Let's take a look at some of the realities of knife attacks and how we can better focus our training and practice to address the situation.
