The first DC / Marvel crossover in 10 years pits Azrael up against Punisher where they must join forces to foil a plot by all around crappy Punisher antagonist, Jigsaw, who wants to *squints at book* light the Gotham Reservoir on fire.................so he can build a new one and make money from it. I see.
